The ‘Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML), Combating Financing Terrorism (CFT) & Maintenance of Deposit Accounts” Policy of the bank in vogue has been reviewed in accordance with the RBI Directives on Know Your Customer (KYC) Master Direction DOR.AML.REC.No.210/14.01.006/2025-26 dated November 28, 2025 recommended by the Inspection and Audit Compliance Sub-Committee and approved by the BoM/Board in its meeting held on 24.09.2026/29.09.2026 vide Resolution No.A.1(e) (ii) as under:
